RESALE MODEL

Your client.
Your invoice.
Your relationship.

TRU supplies the solutions to the partner. You manage the commercial relationship with the end client. At your invitation, we can present the solutions and take part in technical discussions.

A PRACTICAL PARTNERSHIP

We build on what
you already have.

For integrators and providers who manage their clients’ IT infrastructure and want to extend their offer.

01

Complementary services

You add testing, monitoring and privacy to your portfolio, according to your clients’ needs.

02

Recurring revenue

A commercial model that takes account of the service, volume and frequency. We discuss it in concrete terms, using a representative account.

03

Expertise at your disposal

We support you in explaining the solutions and, if you wish, we lead the presentation to your client. You keep the commercial relationship.

HOW WE START

The first step is
a specific client.

  1. 01

    We choose a need

We identify a service that complements your offer and a suitable account.

  2. 02

    We build the proposal

We agree the service, quantities, commercial terms and delivery.

  3. 03

    We present the solution

You present the proposal to the client or invite us to lead the presentation and the technical discussion. You keep the commercial relationship and billing.

YOUR FIRST OPPORTUNITY

We start with one of your clients.

A suitable starting point is a client in industry, distribution or online retail for whom an interruption would have a substantial business impact and whose network has not recently been tested. We propose an internal and/or external PenTest, with a remediation report and a retest included. SOC can subsequently complement the protection, depending on the risks and the IT team’s capacity.

You choose the client and lead the relationship. TRU helps you define the scope, quantities and proposal; at your request, we present the solution together and answer technical questions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything clear
from the start.

Who invoices the end client?

The partner invoices the end client and manages the entire commercial relationship with them.

Do I need specialist skills to present the solutions?

You do not need to master every technical detail. You can present the solutions yourself, with our support, or invite us to lead the presentation and answer the client’s questions. You choose TRU’s level of involvement and keep the commercial relationship and billing.

Do I have to include every solution?

We can start with one service and a specific client. We choose the component that complements your offer.

How is the partner’s revenue set?

We discuss the rate scale applicable to the chosen service, the volume and the frequency, then agree the commercial mechanism between TRU and the partner.

Who handles implementation and support?

Implementation can be carried out with the client’s IT team, its IT provider or through TRU’s partners. We agree the activities, responsibilities and costs for each project, preserving the partner’s commercial relationship with the end client.

How do we protect the opportunity and the client relationship?

Before a joint presentation, we register the opportunity and confirm in writing the partner’s role, responsibilities, protection conditions and applicable period. TRU contacts the introduced client for the project with the partner’s agreement and coordination. The partner keeps the commercial relationship and billing; the terms are set out in the partnership agreement.
