TRU Solutions SRL uses Google Analytics 4 only with your consent to understand visits and requests. You can browse and contact us if you refuse optional measurement.

What we measure

Visited pages, visit sources and interactions such as service enquiry clicks, phone or email clicks, and confirmed form submissions. Clicks and submitted requests are measured separately.

The TRU integration does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names or message text to Analytics. Page addresses contain only the canonical path and validated campaign labels; ad click identifiers are included only with advertising measurement consent. Referrers are reduced to their domain.

Cookies and your choice

Optional measurement remains off until you choose. The first screen offers acceptance or individual settings. Within settings, you can independently choose usage statistics and advertising measurement or refuse all optional processing. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals remain disabled.

The Google tag is not loaded before consent. We use Google Consent Mode v2: on every page, consent signals for statistics and advertising start as “denied” and change only after you choose. Withdrawing consent disables the relevant measurement and removes accessible analytics or advertising cookies. Your preference is retained for up to 180 days; analytics cookies expire after 90 days without automatic extension. You can reopen cookie preferences in the footer.

Request source information

With statistics consent, validated campaign labels are retained for the current browser session and may accompany your request to TRU. With advertising measurement consent, validated Google ad click identifiers may also accompany the request to support acquisition measurement. A random request reference helps reconcile the submitted form with the email received. The reference contains no contact details.

Google processes technical usage information to provide these services. This integration keeps advertising personalisation and Google Signals disabled. Browser preferences and cookie expiry are separate from report retention in Analytics. How Google uses information from partner sites.
